My son and I have been there a few times. The facility is clean and organized with several useful exercise equipment. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

I love EF ,HWT. The staff are courtesy, knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Mr. Harper. Place and equipment are generally very clean. Only draw back..the facility could use one more changing room.

Great gym. The staff is engaged and they look like they actually work out which is important to me. Facilities are usually clean. There are lots of bathrooms and mirror rooms too. There's also a room dedicated to spin cycling and a training room. Great gym

Fitness express HWT is the closest thing to a home gym with sufficient equipment variety and optimum number of members to keep u motivated......after 10pm anyways
